To protect the safety of our guests we are only able to check-in the primary guest on the reservation.

If you would like to nominate someone to check-in on your behalf please complete the form below and submit a verification photo.

At check-in we will also need to take a pre-authorisation bond, please let us know if you authorise us to charge your card by completing our Credit Card Authorisation Form

Check in is available between 3-6PM, if you plan on arriving after 6PM we can arrange an after hours check in, fees may apply.

Prior to your arrival you will need to send us a photo if you holding your photo identification, complete our online check-in form.

We will also need to take a pre-authorisation bond, please let us know if you authorise us to charge your card by completing our Credit Card Authorisation Form

For a Q Stay team member to meet you after hours, the below cash fees apply . Please ensure you have this on you on arrival. Unless otherwise arranged, you will be met onsite by our office for check-in.

$50 – 6:00pm – 10pm
$100 – 10pm – Midnight
$150 – Midnight – 8am

We will require the Pre-authorisation Bond to be charged (if applicable) and for you to complete our Online Check-in Form and send a Verification Photo

We have a limited number of lockboxes available, and while you’re welcome to request this option, it depends on whether we have any left.

If we don’t have a lockbox available, we’ll definitely let you know before you arrive. Just a heads up, though: if we end up needing to personally assist you with check-in because a lockbox isn’t available, check-in fees will apply.

If we are setting up a lockbox there is no fee, we will require the Pre-authorisation Bond to be charged (if applicable) and for you to complete our Online Check-in Form and send a Verification Photo

To protect the safety of our guests we require that photo identification is sent through in the form of ‘selfie id’ Please attach a photo of you holding your identification.

The following security bond / pre-authorisation charges apply. We do not take a bond for Airbnb guests.

$250 – 1 Bedroom Apartments, 2 Bedroom Apartments
$500 – 3 Bedroom Apartment 3 & 4 Sub Penthouses, Wings Resort 3 Bedroom Penthouse
$1000 – Houses, 5 Bedroom Sub Penthouse, Golden Gate 3 Bedroom Penthouse

If you’re using a credit card for the security deposit, which is not registered under the main guest’s name,  include a verification photograph from the cardholder as well.

Before you arrive, an email will be sent to you with the subject ‘Q Stay – Information about your stay‘ containing a link. This link will allow you to finalize your online guest check-in.

Please do not use the payment field on this form.
