Q Stay Reception


Q Stay reception is located in the Circle on Cavill shopping centre.

  • From Woolworths, walk towards Chempro and Poke California.
  • Continue through the walkway towards Gold Coast Radiology.
  • Turn left and take the escalator to Level 2. Our office is located on the right.

Check In

To make your check-in process as smooth as possible, we would like to provide you with some important information and instructions:

Check-in time: Our standard check-in time is between 3 and 6 pm. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee any early requests unless confirmed prior, but we will note these and try our best. Once your room is ready, you will receive an SMS message. If you are planning to arrive after 6PM our office will be closed, please ensure you have checked our After Hours information

Check-in location: Our reception and key collection is available at Suite 54/Level 2 Circle on Cavill Shopping Centre, 3184 Surfers Paradise Blvd, Surfers Paradise. – Video Instructions – Instructions are attached to this e-mail

Required documents: For security reasons we are only able to check in the primary guest. The primary guest can make their way to our reception with photo ID and a credit card belonging to them for the bond. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX only; no cash. If the credit card used for payment differs from the reservation name, or if you want to nominate another guest for check in please complete our Guest Form.

Parking: Short term 15 min parking is available at the Circle on Cavill reception, if your apartment has allocated parking we will provide this information at check-in. If you spend $10 at Woolworths, you can get two hours of free parking in the underground Circle on Cavill Retail car park

Pre-Authorisation Bond: A bond is required at check-in, the amount will depend on the apartment type booked. If you have booked through Airbnb we do not take a bond.

Keys: You may leave the keys on the kitchen bench and complete our Key Return form, otherwise you can return the keys to our office. Please note our office is open from 9:00 AM. We recommend taking your car out of the car park and then returning the keys to the apartment.

Rubbish: Please remove all excess rubbish from the apartment, if you are staying in an apartment there will be garage chutes available near the on each level.

Dishes: Place any used dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher.

Furniture: If any furniture was moved during your stay please remove it to it’s original position.

Report Any Damages: Please report any damages to our reception using the Maintenance Form

Bond Information: For guests with a stay duration of less than 7 days, there will be a temporary pending transaction from Q Stay. Once this transaction is released, it will no longer appear as pending. It’s important to note that when this transaction is released it will not show as a refund.

For guests staying more than 6 days, the bond will be charged. This amount will be released on the Thursday following your departure.
