How to Check-in

Q Stay offers a fully contactless check-in experience. While there is no on site reception, our team is always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Video Instructions

Arrival

Check-in Times: Check in is from 3pm. Early check in requests may be accommodated if confirmed in advance and do occur a fee. On the day of your arrival you’ll be notified via SMS and email if your room is ready earlier than 3pm.

Check-in Location: Our lockboxes are located at 9 Ferny Avenue, Surfers Paradise. For further instructions click the “Video Directions” button above.

Required Documents: The primary guest must fill out the pre arrival form with photo ID and a debit card for the bond (If applicable) and sign the guest agreement. If the primary guest will not be collecting the keys, please fill out the guest nomination form.

Pre-Authorisation Bond: A bond is required at check-in, bond pricing is dependent on your apartment type.

$250 1 and 2 Bedroom Apartments
$500 3 and 4 Bedroom Apartments
$1000 5+ Bedroom Apartments

Parking: 15-min short-term parking is available at Circle on Cavill reception. If your apartment has allocated parking, details will be provided at check-in. 

Departure

Key Return: Leave keys on the kitchen bench and complete the Key Return form, or return them to the lockbox you collected them from. Always remove your car from the parking lot before returning the keys.

Rubbish: Dispose of any excess rubbish using the garage chutes or refuse rooms located on each level.

Dishes: Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start a cycle.

Furniture: Return any moved furniture to its original position.

Report Damages: Use the Maintenance Form to report any damages or inform Q Stay reception staff. 

Bond Information: A temporary pending transaction will appear for the bond, Once this transaction is released, it will no longer appear as pending. It’s important to note that when this transaction is released it will not show as a refund.
